Registration for the Teams Voice training sessions is now open! These sessions, facilitated by Soft Choice, are designed to enhance your skills and knowledge in utilizing Teams Voice to its fullest potential. 

Training sessions will be available starting next week until the end of September 2024, providing ample opportunity for everyone to participate. While there are multiple dates to choose from, please note that each staff member must only attend one training session. 

Each session will be approximately an hour. Here's what you can expect to learn: 

• An overview of Microsoft Teams Voice and its features 
• Best practices for leveraging Teams Voice for effective communication 
• An interactive Q&A to address any questions you may have
