We are excited to announce the launch of the LEARN module, our new and improved Learning Management System (LMS) hosted within the Human Resource Management System (HRMS)!

From the valuable feedback we received from our recent employee engagement survey, we have heard your desire for more professional development opportunities loud and clear. Humber and the University of Guelph-Humber are committed to investing in your growth and success. This new LMS is designed to help all managers, faculty, and employees build their knowledge and skills, empowering you to achieve your strategic and career development goals.

The LEARN catalogue is extensive and includes offerings for an array of professional skills. But we’re not stopping here! Moving forward, we will continue to enhance LEARN by refining our processes and expanding our catalogue of professional development offerings. Your feedback is crucial, and we are excited to grow together and make LEARN the ultimate tool for your professional journey.

LEARN is now live and we encourage everyone to explore its functionalities, browse the extensive catalogue, and enroll into courses that will help you meet your professional development goals. To access LEARN please log into the HRMS and under the ‘Me’ tab click on the ‘LEARN’ icon to get started.

LEARN guidelines and learning resources are available on the HRMS Knowledge Base (KB) - LEARN to help you familiarize yourself with the new LMS. Learn how to navigate LEARN, browse, search, and enroll in courses, and so much more.
