IGNITE is excited to announce that the GLOW Bursary will launch on September 9, 2024.

The GLOW Bursary is a significant initiative to support students involved in unpaid work-integrated learning (WIL) experiences. This program, funded by IGNITE and Co-operative Education and Work-Integrated Learning Canada (CEWIL Canada), in partnership with Humber Polytechnic Advising and Career Services, offers a $2,000 bursary to 280 students participating in curricular unpaid WIL experiences between May 1 and December 31, 2024, covering both the Summer and Fall 2024 semesters.

The focus of this initiative is to alleviate financial burdens for students from underrepresented groups. By removing financial barriers, we aim to empower students to gain valuable work experience without the added stress of financial constraints.
