Fall 2024 Convocation - Schedule and Important Information

It’s that time of year again! Fall 2024 Convocation will be held in-person at the Toronto Congress Centre from Thursday, November 7 to Friday, November 8. Ceremonies will be held at 10 a.m., 3 p.m., and 7 p.m., with the final ceremony being held on Friday at 3 p.m. 

Please refer to the included Faculty breakdown for each ceremony. The full breakdown of programs and ceremony can be found on the convocation website, using the ‘Find Your Ceremony’ feature.

Students eligible to attend convocation were invited and provided instructions on how to apply to attend via email.

Important Notes:

  • Only graduates who apply to attend convocation will be permitted to participate at their ceremony.
  • A convocation information package, including three guest tickets, will be mailed to the address on the graduates file one week before the ceremony. The information package will be mailed separate from their credential. Please note, an information package is only sent to those who RSVP ‘yes’ to attend convocation.
  • Convocation will be live streamed, so any additional guests are able to watch their graduate cross the stage.
  • Children over the age of two (2) require a ticket.
  • Graduates who do not apply to attend or reply no, will have the opportunity to participate in a photo opportunity event in August 2025 and further communication will be sent in July.  

Important Dates:

  • Friday, September 13 - Applications opened for students to apply to attend convocation.
  • Monday, September 30 - Cut-off date for grade changes and late grade submission for students to be included in Fall 2024 Convocation.
  • Monday, October 7 - Last day for students to apply to attend Convocation. Students who meet graduation criteria after this date will be invited and included in the Spring 2025 Convocation.
