On December 2, 2025, the Humber community came together for Humber’s Got Talent — and what an incredible afternoon it was! From music and dance to poetry and art, 12 of Humber’s finest staff and faculty talents lit up the stage at LinX Lounge, all in support of a cause that truly matters — the Humber Student Food Security Fund.

Thanks to your generosity, the event raised over $6,440 for Humber’s Student Food Security Fund far surpassing our goal of $5,000. That means 1,288 food subsidy days for students currently experiencing food insecurity — making it easier for students to thrive academically without worrying about their next meal. 

This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without you — whether you attended the show, bid in the silent auction, or donated through Humber Gives, your support made a real impact. 

The Student Food Security Fund provides assistance through $5/day meal subsidies, grocery gift cards, and access to food through the Grab 'n Go Food Bank. Since its launch in Fall 2024, the fund has delivered 3,150 days of food support to students, and thanks to Giving Tuesday, we’re continuing to grow that impact.
