Committee Mandate
The Humber Diversity Committee (HDC) promotes leadership, innovation, collaboration and information sharing on all matters relating to Employment Equity and Diversity within the college. The HDC provides assistance to members of the College community in their roles as effective change agents, strategic planners and leadership developers.

Why Join?

• You will foster a safe, equitable and inclusive environment in accordance with Humber College’s values of respect, excellence, innovation, learner focus and sustainability.
• You will help to build an inclusive environment, which values the members of Humber College’s diverse communities.
• You will plan and implement strategies to increase diversity and equity awareness among the Humber community.
