Do you need help getting motivated with your New Year's Resolutions? The winter semester fitness classes have begun at both the North and the Lakeshore campuses offering you a multitude of types of classes and times of day to work out with your co-workers & friends. We also have Nationally certified Personal Trainers who can assist you with your specific goals, whether it be to lose weight, get fit, recover from an injury, prepare for an event (eg. 5K or marathon) or simply show you how to do certain exercises properly, we have a trainer for you!
