Notice of External Film Shoot – Lakeshore Campus
February 8th and 9th, 2017
On behalf of Humber Conference Services, please be advised that there will be external filming activity taking place on February 8th and 9th, 2017 in various locations around Lakeshore Campus and Colonel Samuel Smith Park.
February 8th
- Filming in Colonel Samuel Smith Park will begin in the field directly south of H Building at approximately 7:30 a.m.
- This filming will involve actors in military style dress with prop/replica firearms on City of Toronto property only. No prop/replica firearms will be used on Humber College property
- From approximately 9 a.m. – 5 a.m., filming will be taking place at the east exit of G Building and Colonel Samuel Smith Park Drive roundabout
- This will involve intermittent traffic stoppages on various sections of Colonel Samuel Smith Park behind F, G, H, I, J and K Cottages, facilitated by Toronto Police
- The film crew will be accompanied by members of Public Safety at all times while on Humber College property
- Filming in Colonel Samuel Smith Park will resume in the field directly south of H Building at approximately 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (noon)
- This filming will involve actors in military style dress with prop/replica firearms on City of Toronto property only. No prop/replica firearms will be used on Humber College property
- This will involve intermittent traffic stoppages on various sections of Colonel Samuel Smith Park behind I, J and K Cottages, facilitated by Toronto Police
- From approximately 12 a.m. – 9 a.m., filming will move to indoor locations on the west side of the Campus
- The film crew will be accompanied by members of Public Safety at all times while on Humber College property
