Mondays 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Thursdays 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

These times and dates are for the remainder of January. New class times for the upcoming winter semester to be announced.

All levels welcome!
Please come to class dressed in comfortable clothing, there are no change rooms available. Bring your own mat, or use the ones provided.
