Office Ergonomics & Mini-Assessments

Join us in this practical one-hour session, as we work to improve your comfort by learning about the proper way to set up an office workstation. Topics covered will include:

  • Proper working height
  • Chair set-up
  • Keyboard/mouse set-up
  • Monitor set-up
  • Accessories (i.e. headset, document stand)

Mini-assessments: session attendees will have an opportunity to sign up for a one-on-one assessment of their office workstation, between 10:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. In each 20 minute time slot, an ergonomist will discuss your concerns, ensure your existing equipment is set up correctly and recommend measures that ensure your workstation is fit to you.

Please note that the mini assessments are only offered if you attend the one hour of training and only on the training date you attend.
