The Ministry of Transportation’s 2018-19 Highway Infrastructure Innovations Funding Program (HIIFP)

The Program invites all off Ontario colleges and universities to submit research proposals in topics related to highway infrastructure engineering, and to interactions of infrastructure with road safety, policy and planning, investment decisions, and environmental sustainability.

Detailed information about the terms of reference, topics and application procedures is attached. Topics of special interest to the Ministry are listed in the Program Guide, but applications will be considered for any topic related to highway infrastructure management.
