I would like to thank you for completing our 2017 Employee Engagement Pulse Survey. We achieved a 49% response rate overall. This pulse survey measured engagement on six focus areas which we wanted to keep a focus on from 2014.

I would like to thank you for completing our 2017 Employee Engagement Pulse Survey. We achieved a 49% response rate overall. This pulse survey measured engagement on six focus areas which we wanted to keep a focus on from 2014.
As part of the initial planning stages for the 2018-2023 Strategic Plan, we will be launching an interactive website to provide ongoing information on the planning process and to engage the Humber community in contributing feedback and guidance as the plan takes shape.
One of Humber’s foundations for success is to invest in accomplished and engaged employees who are supported in delivering an exceptional student experience. One way we do this is to ensure that our employees have the opportunity to provide feedback to the organization. As part of these efforts, we invite you to participate in a college-wide Employee Engagement Pulse Survey, beginning on March 27th. On Monday, you will receive an email from CCI Research with the survey details and instructions.
As Humber celebrates its 50th anniversary, we are also approaching the final year of our highly successful 2013-2018 Strategic Plan. As a result, preparations are now underway for the development of the 2018-2023 Strategic Plan, which will translate our intentions for the future into broadly defined goals and objectives for the next five years.
