A Memory Aid is a resource that is used during test-taking for those learners who have documented memory deficits. It is designed by and for the learner to support the recall of information that has already been learned. Memory aids provide learners with an equal opportunity to demonstrate their competence, knowledge and understanding of course content.
A Memory Aid does not replace the need to study or the mastery of a course learning outcome.
The following resource has been developed to assist learners with an approved memory aid accommodation in creating their personalized memory aid. If you require assistance with understanding how to create your memory aid, please contact your Accommodation Advisor or Accommodation Specialist.
