  • You may register at any point during your academic program; however, we recommend you register as soon as you are enrolled in courses.

Humber Learners: Access the Confidential Intake and Self-Assessment Form.

Guelph-Humber Learners: Email our Client Care Facilitator Team at swac@humber.ca to access the Confidential Intake and Self-Assessment Form.

Step 2: Choose an Option to Connect with Us

After we review your intake form, you will receive an email with details about the three registration options with ALS: Transitional, Accelerated, and Standard. The email will ask you to choose the option that best fits your needs. Learn about the three registration options.

Step 3: Attend Your Appointment or Complete Independent Learning

Depending on your chosen option, you will either need to schedule an appointment with an Accommodation Advisor/Specialist and/or complete self-study.
