INTRO TO STRENGTH TRAINING - 5 Week Program - OPEN TO CURRENT STUDENTS, STAFF AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS
Pre-registration: Registration opens on Jan 6th, 2025.

Fees:
Students - $25.00 plus HST
Staff/Community Members - $75.00 plus HST

Program Overview:
- To introduce participants to basic and foundational movements using body weight exercises, free weights.
- Give students the confidence and knowledge to comfortably train in any weight room.
- This 5-week program will be open to current students, staff and community members .
- Attending individual dates is not available.
- Participants will be given a detailed lesson plans including points of performance and cues prior to each class or sent before program commences.
- 50-minute classes, capped at 6 participants.
- Participants who attend all 5 sessions will be given a T-shirt and shaker cup!
Classes will be progressive - It's important that the participant can attend all sessions - building movement knowledge from one class to the next. All exercises will be introduced with attention to form and correct load. An overview of sets and repetitions will be included.
Program Breakdown: 5 Weeks - 4 Instructional weeks with the 5th week as a recap and review, including a program they can follow for 4 weeks plus a weight room tour.
