Pre-Designed Full Body Programs

We offer three different full-body strength training programs, each tailored to the equipment available on different floors of the Lakeshore Fitness Centre. You can also follow the Dumbbell Program anywhere dumbbells are available. Each program includes links in the PDF to instructional videos on our YouTube channel to guide you through the movements.

Dumbbell Training Program - 3X a week

Can be done anywhere you have access to dumbbells. In our Lakeshore Fitness Centre, we have dumbbells on all three floors so you can follow this program anywhere!

Strength Training Program with Machines in Weight Room (1st Floor) - 3X a week

This program utilizes machines in our weight room. You can ask staff to show you the machines to get started. We also have QR codes on each machine that show you how to use it.
