Need Help With Your Credential?

The credential reprint process is on hold during the full-time support staff strike, impacting all 24 Ontario colleges. In the meantime, you can easily and securely access your credential digitally through MyCreds.

MyCreds is a web and digital wallet that provides students and graduates with greater mobility in accessing and sharing official documents with other colleges, universities, government, employers and third parties. Documents issued through the MyCreds network are verifiable, official, and supported by digital signatures. Benefits include 24/7 access, faster processing, secure delivery, controlled access and verified authenticity.

You can log in to MyCreds.ca by choosing “Sign in with your Education Provider” and selecting “Humber College”. Then, sign in using your Humber account information. If you have any issues accessing your Humber account, please contact Humber ITS.

Here’s how you can share your document through MyCreds:

    1. Go to MyCreds Login and sign in to the Learner User Portal.
    2. Navigate to the “Documents” section and click on the document you want to share.
    3. Click the “Share” button and follow the prompts to enter the recipient’s email address or select a registered organization.

Please be advised that if you attempt to print a digital document, it will have no authentic status, will not be tamper evident, and will not contain the security features of the digital versions.

If you recently completed your program, you will not be able to access your credential on MyCreds until Humber contacts you in the Spring or Fall

If you graduated before November 2022 and do not currently have access to your credential on MyCreds, any new requests for credentials to be uploaded to MyCreds will be on hold during the support staff strike impacting all Ontario colleges. You are advised to use your Confirmation of Graduation (COG) letter or Official Transcript for proof of program completion.

Humber has partnered with AuraData to verify the credential completion status of Humber graduates for authorized employers and other third parties.
