How The TRIEC Mentoring Partnership Works

Mentors are leaders. They give back to their professional communities. They coach newcomers to achieve their full potential in Canada.

Working with newcomer professionals helps mentors become better leaders in today’s diverse workplace.

Mentoring takes place for a total of 18 hours over three months.

Meetings can be in person, online, over the phone and can include referrals for information interviews.
