ACE Computers is designed to provide students with a broad understanding of the most commonly used Microsoft Office applications for personal, occupational, and academic purposes. The course begins with an introduction to the MyHumber and Blackboard systems, then transitions into Microsoft Office. In Microsoft Word, students will learn to create and modify professional documents by using various formatting tools, research and collaboration functions, and inserting and reworking tables. In Microsoft Excel, students will learn to create and modify simple spreadsheets, which include formulas, charts, and tables. In Microsoft PowerPoint, students will learn to create and modify slideshow presentations by altering design elements, adding and formatting multimedia objects, and rearranging outline structures.
