Humber Polytechnic is proud to announce the launch of our first master’s degree, the Master of Engineering in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, beginning Fall 2026. This program marks the start of a new chapter in Humber’s evolution and reaffirms our commitment to solving some of Canada’s most pressing challenges through applied, industry-driven education.
Humber is proud to be among the first Ontario Polytechnics offering a master’s degree under the province’s new pathway, redefining post-secondary education in Canada and beyond.
Introducing the Master of Engineering in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering
Our Master of Engineering in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering was developed with leading employers and is built entirely around real-world collaboration, applied learning and industry impact. Housed in Humber’s Barrett Centre for Technology Innovation, the program equips learners with the practical tools and experience to tackle the real-world problems manufacturers are facing right now. Program highlights include:
- First cohort starts Fall 2026
- Two-year, six-semester program
- Courses include advanced robotics, IoT, smart manufacturing and engineering leadership
- Final term features a real-world Applied Research Industry Project
- Delivered in partnership with members of the Advanced Manufacturing Skills Consortium
