The Department of Client Services, Employee and Labour Relations provides timely and principled approaches to employment related matters across Humber College. We offer strategic HR expertise and advice to enhance, build upon and leverage partnerships, in alignment with Humber’s Strategic Pillars, Values and Culture. Through planning, consultation and guidance, the Department of Client Services, Employee and Labour Relations is focused on partnering with employees to help prepare our students for the future.
We serve as a point of contact and resource through all stages of employment and work closely with other areas within the People(s) and Culture group to deliver on HR Services designed to support, motivate and engage employees.
An HR Business Partner (HRBP) and HR Generalist (HRG) are assigned to each Department/Faculty to work closely with employees to provide support in relation to HR services and initiatives.
