I was fascinated with the idea of web development and curious about data manipulation. I distinctly remember skipping the mandatory theoretical classes but rushing to attend lectures on data management.” In 2019 Milan acquired a post-graduate certificate in Enterprise Software Development and a post-graduate certificate in Information Technology Project Management in 2020 from Humber College. He continues to upskill, regularly utilizing the platforms of LinkedIn Learning and Udemy. Journey to Humber
In 2018, Milan’s sister, a permanent resident of Canada, persuaded Milan to join his family. Milan has not looked back since. He continues to apply himself to the best of his ability and strives to provide input and contributions towards his professional and personal goals.
We asked Milan how he found his way to Humber Research & Innovation, and he shares that he was informed of an open position for a Project Assistant through a peer Nandish Dave, who also worked with the department. A background and brief experience in Information Technology and Project Management were among the eligibility requirements, and Milan fit the profile.
