Camille Hannays-King, Counsellor, Student Success and Engagement Retirement

After 18 years of service to the Humber College community as a Counsellor in Student Success and Engagement, Camille Hannays-King is retiring. Camille was dedicated first and foremost to supporting students in their academic and social growth. In addition to her counselling work, Camille was involved in Academic Council, the Diversity Committee, TESN, and the Bridge program. Camille plans to pursue her social justice volunteer work, dance and poetry writing. We wish her well!

For over 40 years, Ken Harrison has called Humber a second home. He has been a student, instructor, faculty member, and administrator and now, after 40 years, he has decided to retire effective August 31, 2016.

Basil Guinane, Associate Dean, School of Media Studies & Information Technology

After 14 years of dedicated service, Basil Guinane, Associate Dean in charge of the Communications cluster of programs, has decided to retire effective August 31, 2016. During the last 14 years, the School of Media Studies & Information Technology has experienced immense growth and a profound transformation. Basil’s leadership has been instrumental in supporting the successful evolution of the school into a leading-­edge Media & Information Technology school in the Canadian educational landscape.

Christine Adam, Administrative Assistant, Financial Services & Planning

Please be advised that Christine Adam, Administrative Assistant – Financial Services & Planning department, after 34 glorious years of service will be retiring from the college at the end of this month.

Christine, whose name is synonymous with great commitment & excellent customer service, assisted many staff members & students over the years and will be dearly missed.
