2025 T4 Tax Statements (Statement of Remuneration Paid) are now available to view, download, and print through the Human Resource Management System (HRMS). 

To view, download, and print your T4 Tax Statement, please follow the step-by-step instructions to Download your T4 Tax Statement. 

If you require a printed copy of your T4 statement mailed to your home address, please contact the HR Support Centre. 

Important Notes  

• If you had multiple assignments in 2025 under both the Full-Time and Part-Time payroll categories, you will receive more than one T4. Please make sure to include all T4 slips when filing your 2025 income taxes. 
• Employees who do not have an active employment status with Humber Polytechnic or the University of Guelph-Humber will not have access to the HRMS. Their T4 statement will be mailed to the address on file by February 27, 2026.
