As we continue to experience cold temperatures, this will impact our ability to staff the Welcome Desk at the North and Lakeshore campuses. When the temperature in the lobby falls below a required temperature, the Welcome Desk cannot be staffed, and a sign will be placed on the desk directing students to call 416-675-3111 for assistance. 
 
We know that the Welcome Desk is a key point of contact for students and staff. The Office of the Registrar monitors the temperature with Facilities every morning and mid-day. If the temperature in the lobby rises above the requirement, we will continue to have a staff member at the Welcome Desk.
