The Artificial Intelligence Institute micro-credential is open for registration. This self-directed, fully asynchronous online micro-credential examines how Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) can be applied responsibly and effectively within higher-education contexts. Educational professionals will develop conceptual understanding and practical strategies to critically evaluate, design, and implement AI-informed approaches in teaching, learning, and professional practice.
The estimated time commitment is approximately 24 hours. Learners will work at their own pace while completing modules in sequence. All course content remains accessible throughout the course duration. Access to the course will be removed once successful completion has been achieved or after 100 days from your registration date, whichever comes first. There is no cost for Humber employees to enrol.
