Have you got a book in you? Humber’s Creative Writing graduate certificate can help make the dream a reality.

If you’re a Humber employee or non-full-time faculty member, you will receive a 10 per cent discount and may be eligible for Humber’s Tuition Assistance Program.

In Humber’s Creative Writing graduate certificate program, aspiring and emerging writers work one-to-one with a professional writer-mentor to improve their book-length project – be it a novel, memoir, feature-length screenplay or full-length play, or a collection of poetry, short fiction or creative nonfiction essays. Starting in January 2025, we’ll also be welcoming writers of books for children.

In support of the mentorship process, weekly online classes offered synchronously or asynchronously provide an opportunity to discuss craft, readings and the writing process with your fellow writers.
