Final Countdown

The deadline is approaching! All users of the North and Lakeshore Campus Athletic Facilities must upload a photo to their ONECard (Avro Mobile) profile to maintain access to gyms, fitness spaces, and athletics facilities. This includes all students and staff.

Deadline: Sunday, September 21, 2025
Enforcement Begins: Monday, September 22, 2025

Why This Matters
In accordance with Humber’s Photo Identification Policy, photo ID may be required at any time “to access campus or enter a secure/controlled campus area.” Athletics facilities qualify due to:

  • Controlled entry via access gates
  • High volume of users
  • Higher-risk activity and supervised environments
  • Emergency situations where verified photos support the Emergency Action Plan (EAP)

How to Upload

  • Upload a passport-style photo and a government-issued ID for one-time verification (deleted after approval).
  • Approval is typically completed within 24 hours.
  • After September 21, access will be denied without an approved photo. Staff cannot override the gates.
