Peer Wellness Services

We are excited to continue our partnership with the Wellness Coaching Program as we continue to expand our Peer Wellness Service offerings for the Winter semester. In addition to the continuation of our weekly Peer-Led Wellness Groups, we will also be offering 1-1 Peer Wellness Coaching services. Peer Wellness Coaching

Students can work 1-1 with a Peer Wellness Coach to:  

  • Build a tailored wellness vision and plan; 
  • Keep on track with follow-up sessions to review their progress and set new goals;
  • Receive emotional support from a peer lens.  

This is a free service offered through the Student Wellness and Accessibility Centre and is available to both Humber and Guelph-Humber students. Sessions are currently being offered virtually through the Get A-Head platform.

Peer-Led Wellness Groups

Peer-Led Wellness Groups will be running weekly throughout the Winter 2022 semester. Students can join our Peer Wellness Coaching team as they explore different wellness topics, strategies, and resources to help improve their overall well-being. Each session will include an opportunity for students to connect with their peers about the topic being discussed. These sessions will be offered virtually.
