Reminder: SFQ Season is Open for Summer Semester 14-Week Courses from July 19 to August 10

The Student Feedback Questionnaire (SFQ) invites students to provide anonymous feedback on their learning experience in each course every semester. This initiative supports our shared commitment to ensuring the quality of academic programs at Humber. Student feedback is anonymous and confidential.

For those instructors that are in 14-week courses, you should have received a response rate update to your email recently from StudentFeedbackQuestionnaire@sfq.humber.ca (if you do not see this email in your inbox, check your junk or spam folder). This update will not tell you what feedback has been submitted, but will tell you how many students in your course have submitted their SFQ. If you notice that the response rate is low in your course, you are encouraged to post the following announcement (learn more about how to post an announcement in your Blackboard course) in each of your Blackboard courses linked to the SFQ to help remind students to complete them:

Subject Line: Student Feedback Questionnaire (SFQ) Reminder

"As part of the focus on improving the student course experience at Humber Polytechnic, we are seeking your feedback on the courses in which you are currently enrolled. We believe this feedback will help us better understand the student learning experience. Your feedback is extremely important and we appreciate you taking the time to complete the SFQ. Please note that your responses and comments are anonymous. With each completed SFQ, you will also be invited to enter a prize draw; once you submit your SFQ, an invitation to enter the draw will be sent to your email."
