We are excited to share the information below about Innovative Learning's updated IL Support Centre.
Faculty, staff and admin now have one front door for support for Blackboard, Panopto, MS Teams for Teaching, and all other Teaching Excellence and Digital Learning requests for EdTech, assessment, instructional design, inclusive curriculum and more.
Select the option that works best for you:
- set up a 1-1 session via Bookings
- call us by phone, or
- fill out a quick webform and we will connect you with the best person to help you via Teams, email or phone.
Current IL Support Centre hours are:
Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. (closed stat holidays)
Saturdays 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
In-person support centres for faculty will officially reopen later in the semester at North and Lake and pop-ups will be planned for Carrier and the IGS locations.
