What can you do to move the world toward greater harmony? You can do a lot: You can speak out loudly to your family, friends, community, politicians, and religious leaders. You can volunteer for humanitarian organizations. You can vote regressive politicians out of office. In this lecture, Dr. Abuelaish will draw upon his own experiences in the Middle East and in Canada to explore the many ways that we can promote justice for all.

Each year Ontario۪s Colleges host a number of events across the province to assist high school students with their post-secondary educational planning. This year۪s event will be held at the Direct Energy Centre, located at Exhibition Place, in downtown Toronto with easy access to public transit.
With our combined effort we hope to meet the needs of students interested in post-secondary education in one easily accessible location and in a format that encourages the participation and support of the local school boards. Colleges from across the province will participate.
Last year۪s event attracted more than 8,000 high school students, adult learners, teachers, guidance counselors and parents gathering information on college programs, as well as career specific information from professional organizations.
