The most energetic event of the year is Friday, November 30 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.!

Single riders or teams of up to eight people all ride together to raise money for the United Way.  Now in our ninth year, we have 3 TOP GTA spin instructors, terrific prizes, food, refreshments, sponsors on site - all to make your event even more enjoyable.

We have now waived the minimum amount of money you and your team have to raise! Remember, $25 gets you a tax receipt, $50 feeds a class of kids snacks for a month and $100 allows those with Alzheimer's help with daily living and transportation.

The event now is in Concourse E, North Campus. Here are some of our great sponsors that have donated prizes:

GNC, Stella & Dot, Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment, Sweets From the Earth, Cineplex, GoodLife Fitness, David's Teas, Pizza Pizza, MODO (formerly Moksha) Yoga on site for stretching help, to name a few!

Register in teams of one to eight people:

  • Space is limited to 25 teams
  • Students minimum pledge per team is $250
  • Faculty/staff minimum pledge per team is $500

Donate $15 and ride for 15 minutes! You will be eligible for door prizes and get to enjoy refreshments.

Submit your team registration to Debra Basch at debra.basch@humber.ca. Space is limited.

Visit humber.ca/unitedway for more information.

You're invited to watch the Culinary, Nutrition and Baking students cook their own original recipes for the title of best healthy dish!

To qualify for the competition, students had to submit their own healthy recipe, which includes at least one Minor's Base or Flavour Concentrate. A panel of special guest judges will watch students prepare these recipes live and select the best recipe for a grand prize of $1,000!

If you have any questions or would like to request more information, please contact greg.howe2@humber.ca.

See you there!
