Lunch & Learn: CPR Awareness for the Family

The importance of just knowing what to do if/when you see someone at work or in your family needing emergency help is invaluable.
This overview session will explain how to recognize an emergency situation, and what you, as a bystander, can do to assist someone who is certified and asking for help.  Demonstrations will cover CPR & AED administration, choking, emergency scene management and safety precautions.

This is not a certified CPR/AED course, yet it will be an introduction to what you would learn if you completed the certification program.

Facilitator: Leanne Henwood-Adam, Athletics
