In celebration of Humber College’s 50th Anniversary, the 2017 Humber College Golf Classic on June 5th promises to be an event you don’t want to miss! For starters, we are hosting our annual golf tournament at a stunning new venue, The Club at Bond Head.

Since the start five years ago, Humber College’s Golf Classic has contributed over $350,000 towards awards and scholarships for Humber students. This year, we are setting our sights on raising $150,000, for a grand total of $500,000 raised in just five years! 

We hope you will consider participating in the tournament as every registration helps the College give the gift of education to deserving students. Each participant will also receive a special 50th Anniversary Thank You gift courtesy of Primary Response; a $25 gift card to use at the Club’s Pro Shop with a minimum purchase of $50; great prizes, contests and more.

About the Club at Bond Head

A Clublink club, Bond Head offers the ultimate golf experience just minutes west of Highway 400, a few kilometres north of Aurora, Ontario. Participants will enjoy a wonderful day of golf at either one of two magnificent courses, designed by the renowned firm of Hurdzan-Fry, and presided over by a palatial clubhouse. The South Course is a traditional links-style, with wide fairways, gaping bunkers and fescue roughs. The parkland-style North Course features dramatic elevation changes, spectacular vistas and small, contoured greens.

Funds raised will help equip a new Labour and Delivery Unit, new Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and dedicated spaces and equipment for young patients in the new Emergency Department.
  
A few examples of the hundreds of pieces of equipment required include: vital signs monitors, stretchers, baby bassinets, neonatal incubators, ventilators, resuscitation carts, and much more.
