North Campus, Group Exercise Studio A224 Heart Wise exercise classes are being offered between March 17th - April 23rd and are available to faculty, students, staff and members
of the Humber Athletic Centre
Conducted by students from Humber’s
Exercise Science & Lifestyle Management Program.
All classes incorporate interval training with a focus on moderate cardiovascular work and muscle endurance. Classes are appropriate for all levels of fitness, including participants with cardiovascular issues.

All Humber employees who have attended Humber’s human rights training session prior to August 2008, are required to attend a ‘Pathways to Human Rights, Education & Action’ training session. This includes sessional, contract, part-time, full-time, and work-study employees.
Goal of the Workshop:
To increase and reinforce employees’ awareness of Humber’s Human Rights Policy and its implications for action
Participants at the workshop will:
- Increase their understanding of key Human Rights terms and concepts in order to more effectively prevent, recognize and respond to human rights related allegations;
- Receive resources that will assist in enhancing inclusion at Humber; and
- Receive an overview of Humber’s Human Rights Policy.
To facilitate your attendance, training sessions will be offered throughout the 2013/2014 academic year. The next available training sessions will be offered on the following dates:
