1. How do I register for a community membership?
Lakeshore Campus: The membership registration will open for community members for a minimum two-week window from Jan 7 – Jan 23. After this date, if we reach carrying capacity, membership sales will close until further notice.
Register at our Fitness Centre Main Office during operating hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Friday: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
2. Who is eligible to register for a membership?
The membership registration is open to all community members aged 18 and above.
3. What modes of payment do you accept?
We accept payments via credit and debit cards (excluding Amex). Cash payments are not accepted.
4. What documents do I need to bring for membership registration?
Please ensure you bring:
- A valid photo ID
- Completed required waivers (these may also be completed online once your account is set up)
5. How much are your memberships?

6. What amenities and services does the gym offer?
Our gym offers a wide range of amenities and services, including:
- State-of-the-art fitness equipment

8. Membership Reminders (Renewals, Hours & Access)
To ensure uninterrupted access to our facilities, please keep the following in mind:
- Members must renew their memberships within two weeks of expiry. Renewal may not be possible if membership sales have closed or the facility is at capacity. Please keep track of your renewal date.
- Facility hours are subject to change. Athletics is closed on statutory holidays and during Humber’s December College Closure.
- Programming from May to August is limited, including reduced or paused fitness classes.
- All membership purchases and renewals must be completed during office hours, which differ from facility hours. Please check our website or Instagram for the most up-to-date information.
