1. HOW DO I REGISTER FOR A COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP?
To apply for membership during this period, simply drop by our facility during our office’s operating hours.
Extended Hours from January 7 to January 23
Monday – Thursday: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
Friday: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm

2. WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER FOR A MEMBERSHIP DURING THIS PERIOD?
The membership registration is open to all community members aged 18 and above.
3. WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED TO BRING FOR MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION?
Please bring a valid photo ID. When you arrive, our staff will help you set up your online account, where you’ll complete your digital waiver.
Once your account is set up, you’ll also be able to view your membership expiry directly online.
4. WHAT MODES OF PAYMENT CAN I USE?
We accept credit & debit card payments. Please note: No cash and No Amex.
5. HOW MUCH ARE YOUR MEMBERSHIPS?

6. WHAT AMENITIES AND SERVICES DOES THE FITNESS CENTRE OFFER?
Our gym offers a wide range of amenities and services, including state-of-the-art fitness equipment, group fitness classes, sport gymnasium access, locker rooms with showers, towel service, personal training services (with a fee) and more. Take a virtual tour!

Important Notes for Membership Renewal
Community Members must renew their memberships within two weeks of expiry. Beyond 2 weeks past expiry, if membership sales are closed renewals cannot be processeduntil membership sales reopen.
Email notices will be auto-generated 2 weeks before expiry. It remains the responsibility of the member to be informed of their expiration date and membership status.
On-site Purchase Requirement
All memberships must be purchased in person at our Lakeshore Campus. Online purchases or purchases on behalf of others are not available at this time.

| 6-Month and 1-Year Memberships | General community access options available. |
| Humber College Alumni | Alumni Status must be shown. Only recent graduates from 2024 are eligible at Lakeshore Campus. Download the Humber Alumni Connect App to verify your status. |
| Humber Varsity Alumni | Eligible for special discounted rates. |
| Seniors (+55) | Eligible for a reduced rate on 1-year memberships. |
| Humber Retirees | Bring your Humber Retiree Card to qualify for the retiree rate. Click HERE for website. |
