Membership Renewal Policy
To maintain your membership, please review the renewal requirements:
- Memberships have an expiration date printed on the card.
- Members must renew within 14 days after expiration to remain eligible.
- Failure to renew within this timeframe will result in loss of your membership slot until the next open sales period. No exceptions will be made.
Note for Members with Personal Training:
Personal training memberships do not display an expiration date on the card. Instead, cards are marked as “2 memberships.” Please contact our office directly to confirm your expiration date.

All memberships must be purchased in person at our Lakeshore Campus. Online purchases or purchases on behalf of others are not available at this time.
Renewal Policy
Members must renew their membership within 14 days of expiration (printed on the membership card). Failure to renew within this grace period will result in members needing to wait for the next sales window to purchase a new membership.
