Learning Outcomes

  1. Comply with the Code of Ethics 6 regulation made under the Condominium Management Services Act.
  2. Demonstrate honesty and integrity when offering or providing condominium management services.

Ethics for Condominium Managers (CNDO 007)

This course explores the necessity of ethics in condominium management. The course is part of a series that supports condominium managers in renewing their General Licence with CMRAO. General Licensees are required to complete 10 CPE credits as part of their renewal process.

By the end of this course learners will be able to:

  • Demonstrate accountability and accept responsibility in their role as a condominium manager.
  • Recognize, act on and report harmful incidents to the appropriate authority.  
  • Provide reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities.
