This course explores the impact continuous professional development can have on enhancing condominium managers' skills and knowledge, professional recognition, and networking. The course is recognized as one CMRAO CPE credit. Through each module, learners will be able to:

Explain the impact continuous professional development can have on enhancing skills and knowledge.
Identify a variety of methods to participate in professional development.
Module 2: Professional Recognition and Credibility
Describe the ongoing evolution and strategies for enhancing professional recognition and credibility.
Module 3: Networking
Employ effective networking strategies to expand professional connections, stay updated on industry trends and access valuable resources.
Differentiate the various social media platforms available for networking purposes.
This course aims to empower condominium managers with the essential skills for fostering inclusivity and a sense of belonging within their communities, in accordance with the Human Rights Code. The course is recognized as one CMRAO CPE credit. Through each module, learners will be able to:
Module 1: Human Rights Defined
Explain the evolution of human rights as they pertain to Canada and more specifically, Ontario.
List the human rights and identify areas of improvement within current condominium management policies and procedure.
Module 2: Anti-Racism and Accessibility
Discuss IDEA-AR, including strategies for adoption and implementation within condominium communities.
Module 3: Employment Acts
Differentiate the Employment Standards Act (ESA), the Pay Equity Act, and the Employment Equity Act.
Identify human rights best practices as an employer.
Today's leaders are often called upon to implement and support the change process. They need to be able to identify and respond to internal and external factors that will determine when and what type of change initiatives are required. Environmental scanning, identifying trends, implementing and measuring successful change are all essential to developing and managing change to the benefit of the organization. Organizational readiness and risk assessment will also be covered in the context of best practices.
