People(s) & Culture Service Delivery PODs

We are excited to introduce the People(s) & Culture’s Service Delivery PODs! The Service Delivery PODs are small, agile teams that will focus on specific client groups (faculties/departments) to enhance service delivery.

Each POD includes members of cross-functional teams within People(s) & Culture that will lead to a more responsive and efficient approach to servicing our business needs.

Human Resources Management System (HRMS) Knowledge Base (KB)

The HRMS Knowledge Base houses a library of content such as: job aids, short videos, forms, and other resources that assist employees in executing actions on the HRMS. The KB is structured for employees to be able to access learning content anywhere and at any time that is convenient to their schedule.
