As part of our Management Development curriculum, we are pleased to once again offer the Management Essentials (Active Leadership) Program.

The Management Essentials (Active Leadership) Programprovides the concepts and practices of leadership in a high-impact learning environment to help leaders effectively coach, empower and lead individuals and teams to higher levels of performance.
This is a three-day program.

Who Should Attend?
New and existing managers, associate deans and associate directors with direct reports. 

This 3-day Program has been schedualed for:

Pink Ribbon Day

We all know someone whose life has been affected by breast cancer. These are the women we love: our grandmothers, mothers, daughters, wives, sisters and our best friends. To honour their strength and courage, we are asking staff and students to join together to celebrate Pink Ribbon Day on Monday, October 26, 2015.

Donation boxes will be available throughout the college and staff are encouraged to wear something pink on that day. Our goal is to inspire hope and to raise awareness for breast cancer research.

On October 26th, think about the women in your life. Wear a pink ribbon and be part of the crusade to find a cure.

Bringing in the Bystander - Bystander Intervention Training

Bystander Intervention programs aim to empower individuals to confidently intervene in an incident in order to stop it. Individuals learn how to prevent and de-escalate situations. Engaging the broader community, raising awareness of sexual violence in addition to changing the social norms are some of the outcomes of bystander intervention training.

Back by popular demand, the HumberLaunch Fall Workshop Series is a 6 course series discussing a variety of topics on entrepreneurship and providing the tools you need to launch your startup business or idea.

Join us for our second workshop installment of the series on Business Plan Development with industry professional Arlene Rogers. This workshop is focused on providing the proper structure and criteria to build a great business plan. For eligible students applying for the New Venture Seed Fund competition, this workshop is beneficial and can push them one step ahead.
