But eventually, these difficulties that we face turn us into stronger, smarter and better beings. The inspiration for this artwork was the day-to-day struggle we face, which sometimes leads us to believe we experienced death itself. Sometimes when you feel like you're being torn to pieces and witnessing your own death, you are actually breaking the cocoon called "comfort zone" and transforming into an evolved version of yourself. Once a vessel that traversed the endless depths of the sea, it now lies stuck in shallow water, unable to fulfill its purpose. The peeling paint and rusty metal showcase the passage of time and the harshness of nature. The boat's position within the frame, with the vast expanse of the water in the background, highlights the stark contrast between movement and stagnation, freedom and confinement. The boat becomes not only an object but a symbol of the human condition, where we too may feel trapped and powerless at times.
