July 10 - August 1, 2026, Monday to Friday (8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.)
From Instagram to AI, social media is reshaping how we communicate, build brands, and influence decision-making. Whether you're scrolling TikTok or analyzing campaign data, this course helps you turn digital curiosity into marketable skills.
Offered in partnership with Business Academy Aarhus (Denmark), the course blends theory and hands-on learning. You'll explore social media literacy, UX design, branding, content strategy, influencer marketing, AI, SEO, and mobile storytelling — all while using the platforms, tools, and trends shaping today’s digital landscape.
A key feature is the live client project. Last year, students worked with a Toronto Island tourism business, creating Reels, TikToks, and a full content strategy to solve real marketing challenges. Expect to work in groups, meet guest speakers from platforms like Google and LinkedIn, and even revise your own LinkedIn profile using personal branding strategies.
Work with peers in small creative teams — just like in a real digital agency — to brainstorm, produce, and launch social-first content to build a portfolio of creative and analytical work that stands out.

“I was really surprised with how quickly we were able to come up with our social media strategy,” said Sarah Owen, a past participant from Nottingham Trent University. “We created five Instagram Reels and TikToks, plus two additional posts and a mood board.” Adding, “We started off as complete strangers, and we’ve ended as a family. I think it’s really beautiful to see the community we’ve built.”
