Excellence in Support Award
The Excellence in Support Award recognizes one (1) support staff for outstanding support provided to students, faculty, staff, and/or the community at Humber/University of Guelph-Humber.
All Support Staff at Humber or the University of Guelph-Humber (includes all categories of full-time and non-full-time support staff) are eligible for this award. Employees may be nominated more than once but may not receive the award more than once in a three-year period.
This award is designed to recognize outstanding support provided to students, faculty, staff and/or the community at Humber/University of Guelph-Humber.
The following criteria should be considered:
- Consistently provides an exceptional level of support to students, faculty, staff and/or the community.
- Exemplifies our core values (Courage, Innovation, Equity, Health & Well-Being and Sustainability) through their interaction with students, faculty, staff and/or the community.
- Contributes to an inclusive and healthy work environment.
- Demonstrates collaborative and supportive relationships with peers.
Award recipient(s) will receive the following:
- A plaque recognizing outstanding support.
