Fee Increase Announcement - Effective January 2023

Humber College has been the proud deliverer of the Real Estate Education Programs since September 2019. As of January 1, 2023, the first price increase to all program components of the Real Estate Education Programs will be implemented.
These fee changes apply to all new and returning learners in the Real Estate Salesperson Program (Pre-Registration and Post-Registration phases) and the Real Estate Broker Program. The price changes will be effective for all courses, exams, and simulation sessions with start dates as of January 1, 2023, or later.
Note: Course, exam, and simulation session sections with start dates in January will open for registration throughout the months of November and December and will be listed with the updated pricing.
