Fee Increase Announcement - Effective January 2025

As directed by the program regulator, as of January 1, 2025, a price increase to all Real Estate Education Program exams and simulation sessions will be implemented.
These fee changes apply to all new and returning learners in the Real Estate Salesperson Program and the Real Estate Broker Program. The price changes will be effective for all exams and simulation sessions with start dates as of January 1, 2025, or later.
Note: Exam, and simulation session sections with start dates in January will open for registration throughout the months of November and December and will be listed with the updated pricing.
