A reminder that applications for the Teaching Innovation Fund are due this Friday, September 30 by 5:00 for research projects beginning in January, 2017.

The T.I.F. is a support package (including up to $1000 per investigator) to help Humber faculty develop and conduct a research project on the impact of a teaching innovation in their classrooms. If you collaborate with another faculty member, you can pool your funding (e.g., a team of three faculty can get up to $3000). To apply to the fund, you need to have an idea for a teaching and learning research project, and approval from your Dean or Associate Dean. We will develop the research proposal with you through two workshops and consultations with the CTL Research team.

The application form and details can be found here: bit.ly/CTLInnovationFund2016

To hear about the experiences of previous Teaching Innovation Fund recipients, see: app.frame.io/f/2NqxjgqF.

You can submit your application (signed by your Dean or Associate Dean) to CTLResearch@humber.ca.

If you have any questions, please contact Heidi Marsh at heidi.marsh@humber.ca or 416.675.6622 x5836.
