HUMBER’S RENOWNED FILM AND TELEVISION PRODUCTION PROGRAM ANNOUNCES THEIR 2018 GRADUATE FILM SHOWCASE SCREENING

Humber College’s Film and Television Production Advanced Diploma Program will be holding their 2018 Graduate Film Showcase Screening on April 19, 2018 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Hot Docs Ted Rogers Cinema.

The Film & Television Production Program is celebrating 50 years - and a long history of students producing award-winning films in this program.

The graduates have been working hard on their thesis films since September and are excited to share their final films before heading out into the industry. The screening will feature a variety of short student films and commercials produced as part of the third-year curriculum. Films include a foreign language film (in Dari), a puppet-comedy, a musical, and many more.

The Film and Television Production program is a three-year advanced diploma program that gives students hands-on learning experiences from industry professionals. Students experience every aspect of the production process including pre-production, directing, camera, lighting, sound recording, production design, picture and sound editing and finally, marketing and distribution.
