Innovative Learning would like to invite you to participate in a focus group discussion that aims to explore your experiences and perspectives regarding the integration of Humber Learning Outcomes (HLOs) into your courses.

Launched in 2020, the HLO framework is intended to guide curriculum development to equip all Humber graduates with the employability skills, mindsets, and values that they will need to succeed in their future lives and careers. We are eager to hear from faculty who are working on connecting the HLOs to their course content and/or student skill development. We would like to find out more about your process. How did you incorporate HLOs in your courses? What challenges and successes did you encounter? What feedback do you have on the HLOs framework?

Who can participate?

All faculty members, both full-time and non-full-time faculty are welcome to share their insights.

Why participate?

Your input will inform future curriculum development and implementation strategies at Humber College. By joining this focus group, you contribute to enhancing the teaching and learning experience for Humber students.
